- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if you are based in UK.
- Products must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date for international customers
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or special order items.
- Electrical components, once installed.
- Products that have been modified, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear.
3. Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
4. Inspection and Approval:
- Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.
5. Refund Process:
- Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method (Bitcoin or Bank Transfer).
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
- Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the defective item and provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Restocking Fee:
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to defects or errors on our part.
9. Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
10. Cancellations:
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return process once you receive the item.
