At Trust Engine Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a comprehensive warranty to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

1. Warranty Coverage:
All engines and car parts purchased from Trust Engine Shop come with a standard warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the product:

  • Engines: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
  • Car Parts: 6 months or 6,000 miles, whichever comes first.

2. Warranty Conditions:
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be installed by a qualified mechanic.
  • Proper maintenance and usage according to the manufacturer’s guidelines must be followed.
  • The original proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that naturally degrade over time.
  • Any modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase.
  • Damages resulting from accidents, racing, or off-road use.

4. Claim Process:
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process, including any necessary inspections or returns.

5. Repair or Replacement:
If a product is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. The replacement may be with a new or refurbished part of equal value.

6. Limitation of Liability:
Trust Engine Shop’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product under warranty. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the product.

7. Transferability:
The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

8. Warranty Void:
Any violation of the conditions outlined above will result in the voiding of the warranty.
